New 2011 dining kitchen with dishwasher, double oven, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. Main lounge with flat screen TV and DVD. 2nd lounge with bed settee and TV. CD player. Large conservatory dining room comfortably seating 16 to 20 making it ideal for larger groups by booking one or two of the other cottages as well. Access to the garden from conservatory. First Floor: All the bedrooms are light and very spacious with 2 doubles and 2 triple rooms with the option of an extra z-bed in one of the rooms. There is a Jack and Jill shower room with sauna between one of the doubles and a triple room. A new (2011) large family bathroom with walk in wet room style shower, bath, wash basin and WC. 'A lovely revamped accommodation that is like home from home. A lovely weekend full of fun and laughter. It has been our second visit and has just progressed to get better and better.
